Employees at every level benefit from coaching and organizations benefit as a result.

What if you could create a culture where people:

According to the
2025 Return on
Wellbeing study, 97%
of CEOs said their wellness program improved productivity, and 73%
saw better retention.

. . . work more productively & effectively, both individually and in teams?

. . . experience greater wellbeing and less burnout, resulting in greater employee retention?

. . . are able to see clearly the organization's vision and how it fits into their own vision for their lives and careers?

Beth Heavrin founded Spark Coaching & Consulting because she has seen the positive transformations coaching ignites.

Generic professional development videos and courses lack content tailored to the needs of each individual and team. And let's be honest, most are pretty boring, causing employees to check out.

Instead, coaching fosters engagement and increases employee satisfaction, which in turn ignites real change—not just checking a box.

When you work with Spark, you will be working primarily with Beth.
If additional coaches are needed, we work with a broad group of other ICF-accredited coaches who will join us in partnering with you to achieve your goals.

What If?

Who We Are

As an executive leadership coach, Beth partners with leaders and teams to create lasting, sustainable transformation. She uses a blend of strategic insight and evidence-based tools to spark awareness and breakthrough thinking, crucial factors in fostering growth and progress. Her coaching helps clients discover blind spots and align core values to achieve clarity, revealing a compelling vision that ignites change.

Beth empowers clients to explore new possibilities by creating a safe, supportive space free from judgment. As a result, her clients can recognize where they are stuck, turning stasis into long-term momentum. She takes a BOTH/AND approach to high performance and well-being, believing that sustainable growth increases performance while improving engagement, outcomes, retention, and resilience. Her clients benefit from stronger EQ, healthier well-being practices, greater work satisfaction, and improved communication skills.

Beth is an accredited executive coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and has specialized training in organizational well-being, which brings a unique "whole-person" lens to her coaching. Her career spans multiple sectors and roles, with experience in management, leadership, education, and facilitation. She holds a bachelor's degree from Virginia Tech, a master's degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, and a certification in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Wellbeing from George Mason University’s ICF Level 2 program.

Certified in multiple Hogan Assessments, including the Hogan 360 and Hogan Teams, she equips leaders with the objective data they need to successfully navigate complex organizational challenges.

Beth lives in Richmond, VA with her husband, twin daughters, and two dogs. Driven by deep curiosity and a love of learning, Beth spends much of her free time reading, researching, and writing. She strives to notice the beauty in the world around her every day, often with camera in hand.
